Refund policy
We have a 14-day partial refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a partial refund.Â
To be eligible for a partial refund, please send an image of the damaged balloons and a proof of purchase.Â

If your partial refund request is accepted, we’ll contact you with amount that will be refunded. The amount refunded will be at Party Dazzle's discretion.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, all items are custom made and will only qualify for a partial refund if it was an oversight on our part. Party Dazzle is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise and damaged items past the 14-day guarantee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your partial refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
